Richard served a decade in the military, toured Afghanistan and took part in special forces selection. He then went on to start his own CrossFit Gym (my local - Graft) and a CrossFit competitions company which is now the largest in the UK.
As if that wasn't keeping him busy enough - he is currently in training for the 'World's Hardest Row' - rowing the Atlantic Ocean!
